Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
As each product is made to order, I cannot offer a refund. However, if you're unhappy with your order quality or your order has arrived damaged, please get in touch within 3 days of your order being delivered with photo's of the issue. I want every customer to be 100% happy with every purchase they make so I will do everything I can to correct any issues as swiftly as possible.
